CONTACT ATTACHMENTS are market leaders in the design and manufacture of forklift attachments.

CONTACT ATTACHMENTS recognise that quality, reliability, and customer service are of the utmost importance to their customers and the business is committed to ensuring that the services provided exceed customer expectations.

As part of this ongoing commitment, it is the policy of CONTACT ATTACHMENTS to establish, maintain and continually improve formal, effective, and efficient quality management systems that have been planned and developed in conjunction with all management functions.  These systems are designed to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and are assessed on an ongoing basis by an accredited third-party assessment body.

Objectives for the quality management system are set to enable the effectiveness of the quality management system to be measured.  These objectives are established as part of the management review process and reviewed on an annual basis.

The quality management system is documented in the company's Quality Management Policy Manual, Process Manual and associated documentation.  These contain the company's operating procedures that describe how the requirements for quality are recognised, and how consistent and uniform control of these requirements is adequately established and maintained.

Copies of the Quality Management Policy Manual and associated documentation are available to all employees.  In addition, the company will provide instruction and training to ensure that all those working under the company’s control are competent to meet the requirements of the quality management system.

This policy statement is reviewed for suitability to the ongoing operations of the company on an annual basis as part of the management review process.
