1. Delivery Locations

We deliver nationwide and overseas, however, deliveries outside of UK Mainland would require us to obtain shipping charges from our shipping agent, so please allow additional time in quoting to allow for this.

2. Delivery charges

All prices shown on our website are delivery to UK mainland and exclude Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands).  We reserve the right to charge extra for delivery to the following postcode areas: IV,KW,PH,AB,DD,KY,FK,PA and HS. 

The majority of our products are heavy and require a forklift for off-loading.  It is the customers responsibility to ensure that forklift offloading facilities are available, or if not, please contact us so we can make alternative arrangements (additional charges may apply). If possible, please always provide a site contact name and telephone number, so that we can pass these details onto our couriers and hauliers, as their may be instances were the courier or haulier will need to make contact directly.  It is also the responsibility of the customer to ensure that someone is available to accept the goods on delivery and to notify us if any vehicle delivery restrictions apply.  If we are unable to deliver due incorrect information being supplied by the customer or if no-one is available to accept delivery, the goods will be returned to either our factory or the closest delivery transport hub.  If this occurs then the customer will be charged for redelivery.  Please Contact Us for details

3. Delivery times

Every customer order is important to us, and we always aim to deliver as quickly as possible. Any lead times quoted are approximate and we will always strive to keep you updated should there be any delays. We do not guarantee delivery on specific days unless otherwise confirmed.

4. Damage or lost in transit

Whilst we always ensure our products leave our factory in first class condition, there are occasions where products can be delivered damage. These circumstances, unfortunately, are beyond our control, so please help us by checking your goods on delivery and noting any visible damage or missing items on the delivery note and contacting us asap. If you are unable to do this immediately, then please let us know of any damage or missing items within 7 days of receipt of your delivery. In order to facilitate damage claims, we may ask you for a photograph of the damage that has occurred.

5. Delivery terms

Our standard delivery terms are DAP (Delivered at Place). Should you choose to arrange your own collection and delivery service then please note that Free Carrier terms (FCA) will apply;  The customer then becomes responsible for arranging transport, insurance claims and other associated transport issues.  All delivery terms are in accordance with INCOTERMS 2010.

6. Force Majeure

Contact Attachments Ltd is not liable for any delay or failure resulting from an Act of God, war, riot, extreme weather conditions, strikes or any other circumstances beyond our control.
