Design

Using our state-of-the-art CAD expertise and technology, we can simulate real-world applications. We’ll use this to replicate how your attachment is going to be used, test its load handling and capabilities, and determine its suitability and safety prior to manufacture.

Once we know your product can handle everything you throw at it safely and effectively, we’ll work with you on the final touches. We’ll provide realistic 3D imagery and rendering to give you the opportunity to make any changes prior to manufacture and ensure you’re completely happy (saving potentially costly post-production modifications).

Manufacture

Following strict ISO9001 procedures, we’ll get to work on manufacturing your attachment. Using high quality materials and a weld-coded team, you can rest assured of quality workmanship. Your attachment will then undergo testing and come certified to the latest H&S requirements, as well as with supporting documentation and full operating instructions.
