Suitable for small commercial applications, this forklift towable salt spreader is ideally used with dry free flowing ice melts. Connects directly with the vehicle hitch, requires no belts, chains, or petrol engine. Hopper on this forklift salt spreader is made of non-corrosive material coated with komaxit finish. Simple axle driven rotation. Towed via a towing eye or 50mm ball. Can be fitted to either forklift trucks or tractors with towing eyes. Pneumatic tyres.

This salt spreader comes fitted with mud gaurds and lights as standard, making it suitable and legal for road use.

The salt spreader has a 150 litre capacity and gives an approx spreading width of 6m when fully open.
