LEADING FIRM HELPS CLIENT REACH NEW HEIGHTS

A leading UK provider of forklift truck attachments has developed a unique product to enable one of its customers to effectively carry out vital maintenance and repairs. 

 Contact Attachments, based in Mid Wales, supplied a special forklift access platform to Neville Johnson Ltd, a bespoke furniture design company, enabling the firm’s forklift operatives to safely carry out essential tasks at great heights.

 Mike Boyd, Safety and Standards Manager at Neville Johnson Ltd, commented: “We were delighted with the forklift platform  we received from Contact Attachments, which was custom-built for our specific requirement and which fixes effortlessly onto our existing forklift trucks. 

 “Prior to this, we had to employ the use of a cherry picker which was expensive and required a special license for each operator.  This product has made carrying out routine maintenance work within our factories so much easier and hassle-free.”

 The forklift working platform was commissioned to fit the exact configuration of the client’s specialist forklift truck and complements Contact Attachments’ range of platforms which are available for either one or two person operation and come with a variety of entry options.
