Lilleker Engineering convert their forklift into a crane to reach the ideal solution

“We needed to find a safe way of handling our bespoke manufactured frames” commented Mr. Houghton. “Handling them on the forks of the truck was potentially too dangerous due to the risk factor of them slipping off, so we invested in a Contact forklift lifting jib. What used to be a two to three man operation is now carried out by one person. This has speeded up the whole process as well as allowing the task to be carried out in a safe manner””.
